Susan Kincade is an excellent agent. When I had a problem with the last insurance company, I took my concerns to Susan, she pulled up all of the info and was able to give me options that has saved my wife & I about $2k per year on our home & auto insurance policies. Susan is very helpful to help us make sure that we are well protected. She's been the only agent that ever suggested we get an Umbrella policy to protect our assets. Susan was excellent.  She is very knowledgeable and will take the time needed to educate you on the intricacies of insurance coverage.  I would recommend her without reservation.

Where do I even start?! Susan is absolutely incredible. Her energy is infectious, she truly CARES about her clients and she takes the time to understand what her clients are looking for and helps them find the best solution for them. She's not at all pushy and genuinely cares about educating her clients on their coverage. Even if you aren't shopping for a new policy, I highly recommend calling Susan and reviewing your coverage with her - if nothing else it's good to make sure you're on the right page with your expected coverage. Best case, she can meet your needs better. 10/10, definitely a must call!
